Our History
Duopharma’s presence in Singapore began in January 1999 when CCM Holdings (Chemicals Division) set up its first Singapore office at the Sime Darby Centre in Dunearn Road, under the new entity of CCM Singapore – making Singapore the first country outside Malaysia to have a CCM presence, with a focus on driving business activity for CCM in the region.
In 2005, CCM Singapore relocated its office to the German Centre. Following its acquisition of Duopharma Trading (S) Pte Ltd and a corporate restructuring, the company was officially rebranded as CCM Pharmaceuticals (S) Pte Ltd.
In 2018, CCM Pharmaceuticals underwent a name change to Duopharma (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. following the rebranding exercise of its parent from CCM Duopharma Biotech Berhad to Duopharma Biotech Berhad.
